I understand that Lord Macdonald paid for his hotel room on checkout yesterday - the cost of the room was 795 euros plus 7% VAT, a total of 850.65 euros. I attach a fee note. Furthermore, I understand that there is a plan for Lord Macdonald to go to Sana'a for meetings WC 16th July.
