I don't believe I won this battle, however the alternative would have been $71k or higher.

I just finished a lengthy conversation with Stuart Harbottle Manage of Bell Warranty.
Stuart has agreed to replace the defective EFIS display with a Bell Reconditioned unit. The net to you will be
$20K out of pocket for the exchange. I will place the order today for the replacement unit and we should have
tomorrow...
