Mapquest says it should take 25 minutes from the Hyatt to Space X. This being said, Elon can meet for lunch on Monday Feb. 25th at 1pm at Space X or on Wed. Feb. 27th his TED talk finishes up around the lunch time frame so he would be back at Space X around 2pm or so. His assistant says he could meet Wed. Feb. 27th in the evening.
