And we are working hard with six guys to finish this per your instruction within the next week and a half. As of the end of work yesterday (Tuesday), we have moved electric and plumbing so that we can plant tree for maximum privacy, which is to be located per our discussion yesterday moming. (I would suggest a fishtail palm because it is fuller, more privacy, less maintenance, and not any invading root problem. It is also a fast grower) EFTA00954510 We have planted many of these in the past and we do not need a crane for a 10 - 12 ft one. Also, placement of what ever tree Mr. Epstein wishes will create the privacy and block the visual of the house across the water. When we checked the level from the pool deck we can carry that same level underneath the door so that there is no step when you walk out. Everything is level. We are raising the walkway toward the dock approx. 1.75 inch so that this works out all level from the pool deck. We are creating a gentle slope for appropriate water drainage that is a minimum of 1 inch per 8 feet so water drainage will not be a problem. (Code is 1 inch per 10 feet) We are better than code and no trip hazard at all. Sincerely, Jim Begin forwarded message: From: CARLUZ TOYLO Subject: Re: Patio & Steps from Pool Deck Date: June 20, 2018 at 11:14:06 AM EDT To: Richard Kahn EFTA00954511 aimageljpeg Rimage2jpeg EFTA00954512 Ii ma$e4•JPeg EFTA00954513 EFTA00954514 EFTA00954515 See this photo where far left would be the propose Areca tree area On June 20, 2018 at 8:03 AM CARLUZ TOYLO < Msg from Me Epstein : regarding Patio wrote: no only one single step near door othewise trip hazard.
