Thank you.
My only fear is that I will not be able to talk re this with Bill until April 20th when we are in South Korea.
Today we are with other people non-stop.
He is going to vacation tonight and I will not see him for two weks.
So a goal is to keep this for another two weeks.
Do you think it is worth giving another bid for 11? Or 11.5?

Mr. Epstein,
The owner's counter is $11,900,000. This is a 4.8% discount from our asking price. While your offer has
elements we are looking for, such as a cash deal, you came in at 20% off the asking. There is also significant
interest in this property from other parties who are still bringing in architects still.
I hope you view this as a gesture from the owner that he does indeed hope to work with you here to come to
terms, but it will take some compromise from both sides. Please consider our counter and let me know if you
would like to revise your offer.
Thank you again.
Best,
Steve

Dear Mr. Epstein,
Thank you very much for your offer. I spoke the owner today in length and while he feels the offer is low, he is
still considering a counter. He asked for another evening to consider. I will be back in touch tomorrow with a
response. Thank you for your patience and I hope we can come to terms on this amazing property.
Thanks again and have a nice evening.
Best,
Steve
