In addition to Deborah's email, further below, for whatever Max says that came to Noam, Max does not present any records to where it was deposited, as he stated in his letter from yesterday, that I forwarded to you (below I marked the passage in yellow). I am sure they will have an explanation, but Noam was not been informed about anything at all. And they were making all the decisions. In reference to the text marked in yellow in Deborah's message, Noam says he was not in agreement. "Good afternoon Deborah and Noam — Attached to this email you'll find spreadsheets which show further detail about the distributions "to or on behalf of" Noam from both of the marital trusts commencing in 2010 and ending in 2016. (Distributions in 2017 have been made only to Noam's account and are not included here, but I can ask the folks at Bainco to provide those if you don't have them.) As you'll see, distributions from the Exempt Marital Trust were made only in 2010. Thereafter all such distributions were made from the Non-Exempt Marital Trust. While I have information about the nature of each distribution (as you will see) I do not have the account numbers for the accounts into which transfers were made. I believe I can get that information from Bainco if you wish. I apologize in advance for once again using our encryption portal, but I believe that's prudent (and, in fact, required by Massachusetts law). If either of you have trouble accessing the reports I can fax them to youtomorrow. It looks as though much more in distributions was made to your children and grandchildren from the marital trusts than to you and I wonder whether this was done with your agreement?
