(Please mail the CD to the address below). He has confirmed that none of the ductwork is collapsed or is corroded. He mentioned that the return duct is large and connects to all four return grilles in the vertical and horizontal surfaces. There are no openings to any other areas. He mentioned that the supply duct under slab terminates at a cap that is not secure and is causing the air flow into the wall chase. He mentioned that the same supply duct has a rise under slab that has a cap that is compressed but does not appear to be restricting air flow. All indications are that the ductwork is complete and can be reused without significant system effect. Given the provided information on the existing ductwork I will finish up the report with options/costs for further discussion. I hope to have the report complete soon after the Holiday.
