We discovered that SPH Enterprises, Inc. (f/k/a B.R. Guest, Inc.) was really SPH RESTAURANT ENTERPRISES, INC (f/k/a B R GUEST, INC.). In order to fix this I suggest we add a para in the Separation Agreement where all parties acknowledge that there was a scrivener's error in the BRG Parent LLC Agreement and all amendments and side letters related thereto that had the wrong name and in the Transfer Agreement which we should attach as an exhibit to the LLC EFTA00978619 Agreement exhibit.
