I think I covered everything and I'm happy to review any of the sections outlined or go over any questions you have. Cecile had asked that I contact and work with Erika Kellerhals with respect to pulling together the necessary information and beginning the process of reviewing and analyzing the numbers. I will be sure to reach out to Erika this week and begin that process. I would like to work out the investment / ownership concept and how you would want to see that structured which we can do when you have time to discuss. The beginning of the year is pretty open so I can come to you in New York or St. Thomas if you wanted, whatever is easiest for you, just let me know.
