Things not regarding 301 or 71st that I can't put on hold as you will then get upset. Jen was also on this email, how is it possible that she is only coming to the house at 2.30 pm? By the time I have done everything? I am sorry to be so direct but it has to be said. You ask me how things can be improved. For instance now the front door is ringing. No one gets it but me and sorts out what they want. This is very often the case. Even when I am filling in for Lesley . The door will ring and none of the girls move to get it. They just continue sitting on the sofa doing what they are doing on their laptops ( which is not you or work related) Perhaps a way of improving things is having the girls who are capable of doing this here and doing it while I work on other things you need that they are not able to do. All the time I have to hear from Karyna how great things ran when was here. Well, I never saw once opening the door, making tea for a guest, organizing for the girls apartments to be cleaned or helping the staff the way we did on woodys visit. And she had me full time doing a lot to help her. There was no arriving at the house/ starting the day at 2.30 pm. I was here 2417 to help where I could. I knew I was not capable of some of the tasks she was doing but I made sure the small things and the errands I could do I did. If I had someone as she did who put in their heart and soul maybe things would be different. Sometimes I feel when I ask someone for help it is like they are doing me a favor by doing it. I am not complaining but looking how things could be better. I give my all ( I have not an ounce of doubt or guilt about that) I am prepared to give even more but if we want to improve we have to look at this as a whole and a team and everyone giving 100% working hard and filling in in the places where they are capable. My opinion is that it would be good if 2 people are given a task that they should both be reprimanded if it goes wrong. Eg: I came straight from 301 to 71st after seeing Anthony saw lyn had not done a good job so moved to fix it. It appears that this move made you only reprimand me andMloesn't even learn or know that she should have done better. If you prefer it this way I understand. Just giving my opinion as you asked for it. I feel like I am spread to finely so that nothing can be perfect.
