I am working with Earl on this since he has already given one to us. I am not sure how many can be given out per account. Please keep in mind LSJ and STC account is tied as one and I would rather allow Earl to handle the logistics. If he is able, I will to meet him to get the device tomorrow. Also, we no longer have a network document center (the Ricoh) it needs new toner pumps. It is breaking down faster than I can repair it. I suggest that we look into the Spencley machine. If they are not ready because of the storms, then may I suggest that we use the NY vendor since we have containers being loaded to arrive in the VI. Regards Jruan Good evening boss STC Internet status: Per Liston, who was in a meeting with the manager of Broadband VI concerning the delay in the activation of our service. He reported the following: The IP control server (this server registers new public static addresses to new customers) was in the process of being moved. This part of their system is being moved from the Crown Bay site to the Estate Ross site. It was suppose to be done by 12:00 pm but when Liston checked in, it was still not online. He will check with them in the morning. LSJ / GSJ Earl will be assigning Alyster and a couple of other guys to begin repairs on the St.Thomas tower first then transition to LSJ this weekend. He is also working on a temporary solution to provide service while they bring the dragonwave link online. He will inform me in the morning once he has confirmed the details. I was told by Liston that Garvin one of the technicians at Broadband is trying to push his supervisor for the public static IP address to activate the account. I have expressed urgency in this matter. They will push for activation for tomorrow 12:00pm. EFTA00994742 Earl from VIVA is trying to free up man power and resources to start work on LSJ intemet this weekend. I will continue to follow with both gentlemen on the intemet for all locations.
