JP is still on vacation and off-island until Monday, August 18, 2014, which is why there has been no response from him. Mr. Richards recommends that the letter be forwarded to Mr. Norman Williams, the new Acting CZM Director, so he can become familiar with the project, and to Mr. Richards himself for follow up with Mr. Williams and Mr. Oriol.
