Assuming the survey is OK this week, that should be done by the end of the month. I told them that they could keep izmo in my slip for the month of July. When I get back from Europe I will get serious about another boat. I made a couple of low offers on Comanche. Since there have been no other offers it is unlikely they will sell it to another. As of now everyone that is looking for a boat like that is aware of Comanche and don't want it. They will have to wait for a new buyer to enter the market before anything might happen. Unlikely, but worth the risk if I save 200K. It is a great boat but not without downsides. There are other boats I'm looking at too. From: jeffrey E.
