The lead time for this tile is 8-12 weeks. I have attached the specs for this tile for reference. Please note that this tile is not the one currently installed on the island, as the Plantation Contrete Tile in Boca White has been discontinued. The order consists of the following: -7,500 combined square feet (Master Bedroom, Library and Pool Shelter) -500 combined linear feet (ridge/hip caps) -572 combined perimter drip-edge -90 combined linear feet (valleys) -All underlayment material Please find attached the sketches for the buildings we took in our prior visits to LSI and a preliminary schedule for the Master Bedroom and Library Buildings. Next week, I will create a comprehensive schedule outlining all the other buildings to be included and expand further on the work to be done.
