Hi Jeffery,
Just to let you know that I'm back on the Caribbean and I'll be willing to visit whether you need from august 8th
which is a Wednesday. Regarding the land in St-Barth, the Owner seems to be engaged with someone, but he
will be in touch with me if the sale don't go trough... It was the emeraud plage in st jean the land is 12 000 m2
and an old hotel were there but Irma destroyed it the price is 120M spread on 15years...This land could welcome
a hotel of 30 bedrooms + 4 villa...
