After 3 calls and messages, extension 205 was picked up by Keith (11:20 am). I asked for Tammy or Jared. Keith said Jared was floating around somewhere, he would try to get him for me. I thanked him and said I would hold. Keith came back on the line a few minutes later to say the Jared was with a customer looking over a unit, could he take a message. I told Keith I did not mind holding until Jared was finished with the customer. Keith said he was not sure how long it would take, as the customer had just arrived - it could be 10 minutes, it could be 20 minutes. I asked Keith if Tammy was available. Keith thought I said Tommy, so he replied, "Tommy the father who is retired?" - I said no, Tammy in the accounting department. His reply to my clarification was Tammy is on vacation this week. I thanked Keith for trying to get Jared to the phone to speak with me, and ended the call (11:25 am). EFTA01006453
