The amount your insurance may reimburse is determined by your provider. Providence Pass is NOT a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) as it relates to insurance. We are NOT considered in-patient. We are a residential boarding school, providing out-patient therapy services including individual. group, family and substance abuse. We are not clinical in nature and we are not a short-term stabilization option. Our services are Out-of-network, out-patient and do not require pre-authorization. If you would like to contact your insurance company to inquire on your eligibility, here is what you should ask: t. Does my plan cover out-of-network, out-patient mental health? 2. What is the individual deductible? 3. How much has been applied toward the deductible? 4. What is the maximum out of pocket? 5. Are the deductible and max out of pocket combined? 6. What is my co-insurance after meeting the deductible? 7. Are there limited benefits on the general out-patient level? Not covered by insurance (optional services)Neuro/Biofeedback Brain Core Therapy and Brain Mapping. Available weekly on-site services. The cost There is a one time enrollment/registration fee of $3,650 The monthly tuition/treatment expense is $6,800 (each month) if paying 3 months up front. It is $7,800 month to month. All therapy services can be filed by you for reimbursement with your provider. An invoice is provided to the placing party, and the placing party is responsible for the treatment costs. At the end of each month a super bill is prepared to detail each therapy session including the source codes for the sessions. The super bill (which averages $3,000.00 monthly and is included in the 6,800 you pay) can be sent as a claim to your provider for reimbursement. The reimbursement is paid to the policy holder, not ProvidencePass. The $6,800 covers everything with the exception of any co-pays for emergency/doctors visits and any unforeseen medical needs (for example, she has severe allergies and needs OTC allergy meds [Zyrtec] or any medication not provided at time of placement.) We provide all OTC such as Tylenol, Benedryl, Melatonin, etc. We also provide all essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shave cream, body wash, deodorant, etc. She can have a spending card for outings. We monitor spending and limit spending to a reasonable amount of 20 to 3o per outing. For financing- If you need to consider financing the costs to get her enrolled, you can apply with Lightstream. This is quick and generally funds within 1 to 3 business days into your account.
