Lucy never spoke to them. All they ever heard was a hearsay statement from my former staff member Pen, who started work a year after the alleged conversation I had with Lucy, and remembered Lucy telling her about the conversation over lunch, and Pen thought it was in the UK, when it was in NYC.. They never should have accepted this allegation when I denied it.. Anyway, with the documentary evidence from emails and the statement from the other woman at lunch we can not only remove this allegation, but skewer them for never asking me who the other person at lunch was and whether they could contact her, if they were going to take the allegation seriously. We haven't thus far taken the plunge of moving the $500K or so that Nancy has in Australia to the US.. for a number of reasons.. false hope that it might rise.. but also we simply don't know currency traders, and if we just ask to move it we will undoubtedly lose a lot of money on banks charging fees and giving lousy rate compared to the going rate for the currency. Since you do this for a living, could you assist us in moving it to US dollars sometime in the next month or two.. either tell us how to do it and who to go through to do it, or otherwise? Thanks.
