Jeffrey,
If you would like to keep the window line fabric "as is", then further to our recent conversations, the PSU would be covered in the same
fabric as the window line.
The upper valence and the headliner could be covered in:
1. Ultrasuede
2. Wool cloth
3.
Same material as the windowline
I just sat in the aircraft absorbing the possibilities, and trying to get into your mindset. The windowline fabric has a "gritty" textural
look (Hermes look). Maybe we should continue that fabric all the way around (PSU, Upper valence & headliner).
THEN — maybe we wrap the "handrails" (which we had recovered previously) in the same leather as the seats or a brown leather to
match the woodwork and put a stitched seam to join the hide lengths. This would be very, very Hermes in style.
We need to make a decision to avoid delay.
I am leaving the office in a few minutes, but I am available on my cell
