Thx Lany Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: From: "Goncalves, Kathleen" Date: August 7, 2018 at 4:41:55 PM EDT To: Larry Visoski <Min, Rusty Cramer Subject: RE: N120JE serial 1085 Hi Larry I am equally surprised as you told me some time ago the issue had gone away after working on the airframe. Vibration in the cabin is due to transition of engine vibration to the aircraft. This has to do with the installation which is an aircraft level task. We reviewed the engines previously and all vibration was within limits. I do not see how you can say this is obviously an engine problem if the engine vibration is within limits. Best Regards, Kathleen Goncalves Regional Customer Manager Civil Aerospace - Business Aviation Rolls-Ro ice North America, Inc. Office Cell: Email: From: Larry Visosid Sent: Tuesday, August 07, 2018 4:16 PM To: Rusty Cramer; Goncalves, Kathleen Subject: N120JE serial 1085 mailto: Kathleen and Rusty, We have installed the dual Loaner engines on NI20JE / serial 1085 at Gulfstream Westfield. Mr. Epstein and I are shocked at how the fuselage no longer has the buffet/vibration issue. directed by Rolls Royce, Gulfstream PBI and SAV. We have followed all of Rolls Royce and Gulfstream's troubleshooting recommendations, to no avail up to date, these included Removing both engines in PBI and installing New Isolator Mounts, installing new Thrust canisters, replacing both HP40psi air valves, flying the EFTA01007166 aircraft to Montreal for FAN balancing, as well as countless hours FAN balancing in Palm Beach, Reclocking the FAN blades on the L/H engine, including countless hours of Test flying, just to name of few. JEGE, LLC has invested over $480k in troubleshooting what is now obvious was an engine problem I look fwd to your response, Thank you, Larry Visoski Manager Jege, LLC 6100 Red Hook, Quaters B3 St Thomas USVI 00802 N120JE serial 1085 Sent from my iPad This e-mail (including attachments) contains contents owned by Rolls-Royce plc and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies or customers and covered by the laws of England and Wales, Brazil, US, or Canada (federal, state or provincial).
