I just heard confidentially from Amelia Huggins, my former Origins Exec. Director, one hour ago that ASU terminated her employment today.. which I find virtually unbelievable. To my knowledge they did not talk to any of her supervisors or those senior people she worked with. I can only think that they have done this to somehow solidify a perceived case against me. In any case, I thought you should know. It may impact upon the appeal in some way, which is why I am letting you know, and I am going to assume that she is going to sue the University, and I and numerous others will support her in that. She was in my experience, and that of numerous others, including Nancy, who had a similar position with the Govt. of Australia in the past, one of the most effective, professional administrators I knew of at ASU.
