Your issues are matters of disagreement with the administration over the terms of the agreement. The interpretation of the agreement is not within the purview of CAFT. For example, what group would deal with possible breach of contract issues between the University and faculty members? Is there a group within the University that reviews or monitors governance issues associated with access by faculty to public events or university services on campus?
