From: J <[email protected]> To: Xavier CARTRON Laham Subject: Date: Sun, 25 Nov 2018 12:47:29 +0000 Kifah I thought i would give you the courtesy, of explaining my shock at this plan. 1. private entrance , when leaving forces me to look at the worst of st john every day, 2. going into a lobby that has no natural light. waling in a dark corridor. a cinema that often sounds like bombs going off, if done right. has not space for equipment behind screen , all acess are direct as opposed to indirect. the ceiling height is much too low for such a large screem we have discuused often no more than 6 seats. with two main only, a toilet door that opens directly into a dark room. . if someone was watching a movie the room above will and everyone in the hosue will hear and feel it. . there are two tolets next to one another in the pool area. . THIS is my home. not commercial resaurtnat. 4, master bedroom with a toilet that opens directly on the room??? a large windont in the master and a desk with no view as i dont open the windows as discussed. . makes no sense . circulation , driving around a hill into the wind . 5. The angle of her siting room facing the WRONG way. 6, I have only 10 feet of clothes closet in the island and 12 feet in Paris. only. this is an island. . and her dressing area is 10 times the size needed. . the steps down to the library. are not protected from wind rain. and a long long walk. to get the bike. I would have to walk through the entire house. , and then drive down.. the patios. if they are to have trees. have no heavy machine. access. ? we agreed that the bridge idea did not work. and now the current main drive is the service entrance??? so that the first thing anyone sees when they get off the boat is the service entrance. ?? impossible. please note The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
