Please send the mediation agreement to the other parties and ask them to return it to me along with the retainer. Without knowing more about the dispute, it is difficult to estimate how much time it will take. I suggest that we start with a retainer of $15,000 ($5,000 per party). Depending on the amount of time spent in advance of the mediation, I may ask for an additional retainer to be brought to the mediation. I hope that we will be able to make some good progress through conversations prior to the mediation.
