i reviewed attached correspondence regarding universal paving and there is no clear answer on how price found
them or selected
i did have a note that brice preferred mountain states however they were to busy for us with it 41 and other
work...

attached Photo's and Proposals for your Reference
Roads & Culverts
The low spots on Main Entrance Road to the Ranch have been raised, approx 20", widen to its original width of 15' and 2 Culverts
installed.

V ditches of each side have been formed to assist in diverting water away from the surface of the road.
The Road to Well 4 and the Ranch's Water Distribution System has been Raised 12", V ditches formed. This Road could also be used as a
Secondary Ranch Access in the event something happens to block the main Entrance Road.
All Fencing has been repaired.
Compaction/Rolling of the Main Entrance Road and the road to Well 4 will continue next week.
The replacement of culverts at RC, 6 total will also start next week.
Paving Project.
As discussed, Mountain States Construction (MSC) was contacted to obtain a second proposal for Paving Project
MSC are widening the portion of Hwy 41 from Galestio to the just North of the Ranch.
Please if you are planing to visit it would probably be better to land in ABQ as there are 20 to 30 minutes delays due to this construction.
Do you wish Rich and I to proceed with confirming and finalizing proposals?
