The vessel is delayed, arriving not today but tomorrow, 11/15. The time of arrival is unknown. I spoke with Johnny, who is still standing by for pulling the rack tomorrow afternoon. His cutoff would be 3 pm for tomorrow, due to travel time after that is running into heavy traffic. The port confirmed the rack is cleared, and can be put on a chassis as soon as it is off-loaded.
