Staff Cottage Living-room Bath: Cost $7949.16- Lead time 3 weeks This system is original to build, and is located in the crawl space under the living area of the Staff Cottage Over the past couple of years system has been unable to maintain temperature especially in the winter season. The existing heat strips used for very low temperature have failed, these have been replaced numerous times. The outside condenser, electrical wiring, condenser lines and some ducting all need replacing, At this time Electric Heaters are in place to prevent Freezing Pipes in bathroom, but these will not maintain space temp in January.
