Universal will finishing paving today, there is still final grading of edges etc to be done.
Steve has indicated the Main Access Road from Rt4 I to RC is very rough!!
Karen agrees the top section is bumpy, she was unable to drive Main Access Road as they where still paving.
I will be on site Sunday to review
