This is a result of the conclusion of their 3rd party financial due-diligence. Today I confirmed with Taylor Wong of AGODA that they have agreed to a next and on-going advance payment of $199,000. We will receive a final agreement document by Wednesday of this week to be executed and turned around quickly. If this is done by Thursday, they will process the payment scheduled for November 26th. Should we miss the turn-around (by Thursday) of that document, it will take additional days so latest would be November 28th. With this document, the hotel will continue to receive $199k advance payments when 100% of the $199k advance is consumed. These payments will be automatic and not require additional paperwork..
