We will achieve this for Cabana 2 less a few finished items such as the glass shower door and the exterior EFFIS trim that goes on top of window and at roof edge. for this to happen we will need the tile for the showers on island on Monday. I believe they are in STT but have not been brought out yet. This completion date would put us ahead of schedule due to act of god delays with rain, and lack of access to areas due to flooring work etc. Cabana # 1 will follow shortly behind #2's completion. It should be done 2 days after Cabana #2 but conservatively a date of the 16th could be held. Kyle is pushing the crews to be done on the 11th and they are willing to stay late and on weekends to complete. I believe Kyle has not given the crews any leeway on the completion date and there is a chance they will finish on time and the showers be functional less the delayed items to arrive. GSJ: this completion date is delayed. We are thinking that prior to Christmas this will be completed. We ran in to time delays of apx two weeks in digging the cistern. The cottage was pushed back into the hill side and this required more excavation and it will require some extra time to complete. I have not gotten time of arrival of windows and sliders. the T&M tile repairs are going well and are extensive.
