Autory matrix for procurement? If it's not.... As a loyal frind I advise you to start work on that, before hiring any one.... There is many small companies can do that every where, my advise is not to deal with them directly, you shouldn't be involved in all those small thing directly, no need to meet new people to do one task and leave I can work with one of your team as a voulanter if you want to collect 3 defrent proposals and creat the internal manuals if you Dont have??But after mid of December, as you know I have to defend my PHD proposal infront of the university panale during that time. Again as a loyal friend, this manual and system should be ready before hiring any one, especially if we hire new people that both of us we don't work with them before. What do you think?
