My comments are below; JPK- $13,487.00 - Listed concrete yards (correct number) - All materials and labor included - Cheaper Price ($13,487.00) Expert Builders- $13,700.00 - No concrete yards listed, left it as TBD so they will owe use as many yards as it takes (not a bad thing for us) - After speaking to EB and telling them their price was outrageous they included all concrete and materials into their $13,700.00 price; Original price was $13,700 but did not include materials or concrete. - EB does still owe us a boat ramp that can be formed and poured at the same time as this area Rich please let me know who you think we should award this work to and I will get them rolling on this asap.
