TLDR: Im working with Joi now to accept the funding and he needs to know when it would start and how (from
whom?) we would receive it to move forward with logistics. I would prefer a Dec. 01 2018 start date if possible.
I have the plant biochemist I mentioned to you set up to start then and that would give me time to identify a
proper bio-statistician. IF thats OK I'll move forward with that.

funding with VP office, etc.
