I need the applications signed and am forwarding and I need to know who you want to sign them. I am reworking the cover letter with the
summary now to include the additional pictures I took. You'll have it in about 15 minutes. With ACE I can send scanned signatures so as
soon as we can get the forms signed I can submit.

Amy,
Thank you for the photographs. I appreciate Mr. Epstein's willingness to resolve the issues documented during
our site visit. Please provide a report with photographs indicating that all of the voluntary restoration offer
terms have been met. Lastly, submit an application for the proposed dock identifying additional structures to
be removed. I understand that it is difficult getting resources to the island without the proposed dock and this
process is delaying recovery efforts. I am willing to resolve this quickly after the appropriate actions are taken.
Very respectfully,
Jonathan Pempek

Jonathon,
I hope all is well. As per your request here is a series of photographs of the riprap along the northwestern
shoreline of Little St. James.
As you'll remember some of the boulders were moved by the storm.
