I appreciate Mr. Epstein's willingness to resolve the issues documented during our site visit. Please provide a report with photographs indicating that all of the voluntary restoration offer terms have been met. Lastly, submit an application for the proposed dock identifying additional structures to be removed. I understand that it is difficult getting resources to the island without the proposed dock and this process is delaying recovery efforts. I am willing to resolve this quickly after the appropriate actions are taken. Very respectfully, Jonathan Pempek Original Message From: Amy Dempsey [mailto: Sent: Tuesday, September 11, 2018 6:29 PM To: Pempek, Jonathan C CIV (US) cc IMI M> Cc: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: [Non-DoD Source] LSJ Riprap Jonathon, I hope all is well. As per your request here is a series of photographs of the riprap along the northwestern shoreline of Little St. James. As you'll remember some of the boulders were moved by the storm.
