Amy,
Thank you for the photographs. I appreciate Mr. Epstein's willingness to resolve the issues documented during
our site visit. Please provide a report with photographs indicating that all of the voluntary restoration offer terms
have been met. Lastly, submit an application for the proposed dock identifying additional structures to be
removed. I understand that it is difficult getting resources to the island without the proposed dock and this
process is delaying recovery efforts. I am willing to resolve this quickly after the appropriate actions are taken.

shoreline of Little St. James.
As you'll remember some of the boulders were moved by the storm.
