I just read the regulations regarding being put on leave with pay, and the University violated my rights by announcing it to the world the day they let me know about it, without informing me of the right to appeal.. 5. I don't need Justin at all for conciliation process.. and I will tell him so tomorrow when we discuss various aspects of the bill that I am disputing.. 6. I am going to get him to spend 30 min coming up with a bullet form list of violations of due process, free speech, academic freedom, gender bias etc, thus far, that might form the basis of a later lawsuit, so I can bring my next lawyer up to speed when that occurs..
