in reviewing an excel summary of each charity by year i found a 25,000 contribution to William J Clinton
Foundation made on 7-18-2006 from COUQ
i did not see anything to Clinton Global Initiative yet however i did see some emails that involved final expenses
for the event in 2005 which i will forward next..
should i dig deeper?
