As you may know - a blanket cease & desist was issued by DPNR with respect to GSJ. Shauna can provide you with a copy of it. The issue is that there is work being undertaken on the island that is exempt from permitting - either because of exigent circumstances or because it does not generally require a permit. I need your assistance in drafting a letter to JP Oriol, Commissioner of DPNR confirming that activities are exempt or that a permit is not required. The things that Jeffrey would like to continue undertaking include: Painting of the structures on the property. Removal of the broken boat debris off Xmas cove; (We would be happy to get the broken boat off of cmas cove but we have been afraid to touch anything) Septic - delivery water electric wire repair , garbage collection. Fixing wayer heaters - purifiers , roof repair . Kichen repairs - Internet wifi , equpment repair , boat repair , shrub removal . Solar repair- generator , repair. Can you guys work on a draft of the letter? I'm not sure what my Internet access will be like on the flight - and have no idea about the hotel.
