I told Mr. Buck the reason we requested him specifically was we wanted his opinion as the fabricator to review the performance of the existing structure in the actual environment, and make recommendations - re-skin, demolish, upgrades, etc. Dustin erects the building, but Buck Steel is the one who designs and engineers the buildings; this is the knowledge LSJ is seeking. Mr. Buck is not interested. He must be aware of what occurred with Dustin, and of all of the crews he could have recommended, he proposed Dustin. Mike Stock of Allied Steel is traveling (Jamaica) this week. I will touch base with him on Friday, 1/25 to schedule a site visit. Allied Steel submitted a bid for the GSJ "Back of the House" project.
