We have a new contender for the GIV:
Gary has been speaking with Russel Wilson, quarterback for the Seattle SeaHawks football team:
He's in Orlando now with his wife and kid, this is a long shot, Russel would like to view the GIV in Orlando,
the Plane hasn't flown for a month, and it is due for a flight, should I make arrangements for Russel to view
the plane in Orlando Saturday?
He is negotiating a new contract, He told Gary he can't close until the new contract is signed, could be 4 days
or 3 weeks, he is seriously interested, Gary told him, the plane will sell in the next 10 days, and we have 2
offers pending, Gary told Russell, if he is willing to put up a Non-refundable deposit of $300k and close after
his contract is renewed with a timeline, Purchase price of $3.2M and no Prebuy, he would present this offer to
you, if Russell commits.
is it worth flying the plane to Orlando for a showing, and maybe take him up for a 45min test flight?
Should I fly to Orlando to show him? Or Pass?
Thx
Larry
below is current net worth I found online, not sure how accurate.
Gary informs he wants a Black Plane, His budget is $2.5 -3.5M (Gary told him we are a $3.45M ask).
From Google search:
In July of 2015, Wilson signed a contract extension with the Seattle Seahawks and it was one heck of a pay
bump! Russell Wilson's contract was set up for four more years and was worth $87.6 million, with a $31
million signing bonus and a guaranteed $60 million dollars! The deal made Wilson the fourth-highest paid
quarterback in the league. Keep in mind, this was just for playing football and it didn't include league bonuses
if he played well. Nor does that number include endorsements and investments.
