Kyle said that not having black and white directions with plans and specifications makes the job very difficult for him.. Kyle then said he is not used to tracking down small details.. Kyle understands that he is not performing the way we need stuff done.. He called Jay from JPK earlier today and plans to meet with him tonight.. I asked Kyle why he came to STT and he said he wanted an easier lifestyle and to spend more time with his family..
