Now with the settlement the information won't come anymore. And who knows if they are going to honor the settlement, since the same tactics have been used. It has been more than enough time to have the settlement written. But nothing has come. They might as well just keep postponing it. I consider this extremely disrespectful to Noam. I wonder if it shouldn't be given 48 hours to have the settlement or cancel the whole thing and go to court. This would be my position. But, of course, I prefer to solve in a more satisfactory and less stressful way for Noam. I think the statements will take a long time and when they will come, they will be fully of unacceptable demands, to have it done their way or not have it.
