When the employees feel like they've asked Management or Carlos for supplies and nothing happens then they come to me for assistance. The employees will come to the office, call me or come to my house to ask if I can buy supplies for them. I purchase whatever items the crew need to get their work done when asked. Examples: Wreckshop new maintenance worker: Last week the New worker Mr. Asheil asked if someone can buy him supplies so he can work. He said that he turned in a list but hasn't received anything as yet. -I purchased the Supplies right away from Home Depot & Called in the Paint Depot order Woodshop Sylvester: Sylvester said that everything is moving slow because he need supplies and new equipment for the woodshop. I told him to give Stephanie a list but he said that he already did. -I purchased whatever he could use from Home Depot and took it over to him. Irrigation Cristobal: Cristobal asked me while I was on LSJ (Kitchen project) if I can find the sawsaw that he likes because they keep buying him stuff that doesn't work or keep dying. -I purchased the one he like yesterday Landscaping Dupson: Dupson asked me for info about Plants and ordering. I ask Dupson to please coordinated with Daphne. -Daphne has been assisting Dupson with all Landscaping and plant orders Shipping at Tropical (NY-NM): Anna delivered the requested items from LSJ to Tropical Shipping. Before I departed Tropical shipping Ms. Jasmine asked me if I could please take the items that LSJ have sitting in Storage. -I picked up a Hydroseeder, Landscape Lights & Shag Rug Other Complaints: Smiley said that Carlos is always purchasing the wrong things and they always have to wait days before they actually get it. -I told him to speak with Michael or Stephanie Ann R.
