Exploration Studies, which consists in exploring all the subjects given on the project (master plan, landscape, main residence, offices, guest villas, etc ...) in all domains (architecture, ID, deco, etc ... ).All this research will be collected in a portfolio and we will discuss it with JE every 15 days. The duration of this period of study is 3 months. At the end of this period, we will gather in synthesis form, the compilation of the selected ideas. 2. Main Residence Studies : Development studies (Preliminary Stage, Schematic Design, Detailed Design) These two studies can be carried out in parrallel. With the last request (library new ceiling and roof heightening) we will submit a third separate proposal. We are waiting for some further information from your side (see email below). For this specific work, as we need to remove the existing roof and elevate the building, it seems far more efficient to contract the work with the same consultants / contractons who did the building. From our side, we can give all design information for the new roof and provide all studies supervision for the interiors. Enclosed, you will find our fee proposal for 1. Exploration Studies. For your information, you will also find our first fee proposal as well as the invoice paid. We propose to terminate this agreement and threfore, we will not charge the remaining balance. To go forward on this subject, we'll need all the construction drawing package especially on the library building (Architectural / Structural and engineering). If you can get the construction drawing for the other building that'll be great for the next development of the project. The project of the office as presented require some major modifications of the existing which request some engineering studies; Do you have any idea about a local for that and how do you imagine the works for architectural part: structure, roofing, MEP (air conditioning, electricity...), legal authorizations? For our part we start to look for a general contractor qualified to manage all thing to our supervision and we will come to you as soon as possible to present a scope of services according this project.
