Today I went to a workshop by the migration section of the Consulate General of Canada where they gave presentation on potential opportunities to become permanent resident and citizen in Canada. I could apply after graduation this December as they say if you have master degree( must be graduated already) then chances are higher. It will take 5 years but only two out of this you have to be physically and live in Canada, which I could do after my studies at Harvard. Best, EFTA01034966
