Carpentry. JE approved lattice paneling from carpenter samples. Now building to spec for tiki kitchen. Removed all rusty hinges from MC interior kitchen shutters and replaced after treated and painted as replacements could not be found locally. Opened cistern hatch. Assisted with putting master back together after floors. Built secure tool storage cabinet for wood shop. Replaced FPP latches on both gates. Electrical/Plumbing. Completed install of both dishwashers. Timers here installed. Ordering more. All lighting in LSJ installed. Bulbs ordered. Replaced all recess ceiling lights around MC veranda. Completed the electrical and plumbing and gas tie at LSJ tiki kitchen. Engineering. Swap out bucket for hammer and then back on big excavator. Received new cement mixer and commissioned it for use. Finished commissioning the John Deer. Waiting for hitch that will hopefully arrive this week. Rust remediation on light towers. Cleaned equipment and buggies. Buggy repairs and maintenance. Parts arrived for bikes, so working on those now. Heavy Equipment. Dug deep corner footing for MC flowerbed. Did seawater intake well at GSJ. Completed site work for container structure at Christmas Cove. Cleaned seaweed off beach at GSJ (ongoing battle with seaweed has begun). Graded all roads on LSJ and cleaned beaches. Assist with moving BOLs. Completed septic install on GSJ for main compound. Housekeeping. Put master and kitchen back together. Usual rounds. Landscaping/Masonry. Assisted with completion of install of GSJ main compound septic. Began pebble beach stonework. Received large order from ABC. Will be working those in coming week. Boschulte was here Saturday 3/23 spraying. Marine. Little C is back and in operation. Barge also back in operation, but scheduled for more work in PR, April 22. Rich needs to approve propeller purchase so can be installed before Boscoe heads over. Randy is back. Patrick's foot is fractured. Nanna and Zodiac were hauled out and cleaned. Dock maintenance (cleats and lines). Painters. Treated and painted interior hinges on MC kitchen shutters. Treated and painted exterior hardware on master. Work in progress around entire main compound. RO/Maintenance. Assessed master cistern. Currently working with contractor for cleaning & sealing master first, then all remaining cisterns. Developing maintenance and record program for all cisterns. Water pump at FPP Cabana needs replaced. Contractors on island: Absolute Flooring — Leaving master floor scratch for now, so no further work needed in bedroom. Cabana 1, 2, 4 receiving final coats today. Cabana 3 needs light sanding and touch up. FPP cabana — EFTA01035039 addressing edging on floor outlets and edging in all cabanas. I asked Luis via email to instruct the guys to wax library. When I asked them for a schedule this weekend they said Luis had not spoken to them about it. I will call him again. Perhaps would be helpful for Rich to give him a call as well. Peter Elie — Forms at Pebble Beach have been stripped. Dupson has begun stonework. Peter formed footing and poured concrete for deep end of flowerbed planter. Started forming and reconfiguring the door for the bunker below 5 Palms. Jeffers — On hold pending delivery date for concrete coloring. Reefco — Working on bid for variable speed air handler replacement and install of new units in master bath and bedroom. We have one in possession. Second one being purchased by Rich. Confirmed access to attic to get them up. Danny — Continuing work on MC Flower Bed. Countertops for LSJ cabanas 1-4 & FPP Kitchen — Material order placed and install set for first week of May, pending wire transfer. Rich, please confirm. If selection of countertop for tiki decided by 3/29, can also be installed at same time. Other Notes: Rust remediation. Maurice Bedminster has been hired for rust remediation and other maintenance and improvement work. He is installing the additional tiki kitchen tile requested by principal this week. Will begin rust remediation work behind Host-U who will be cleaning underground spaces, project led by Cashkim to begin Tuesday 3/26. Master cistern. Contractor bidding work 3/25. To begin as soon as possible emptying, cleaning, and sealing the master cistern. Will also provide bids for all cisterns on LSJ and GSJ. Library filter (re: Cashkim Photo). This is the seawater intake filter for the two chillers that are part of the library a/c system. It filters the seawater for the heat exchange that allows for cooling in the library a/c system. All that does is circulate around the compressors and pulls away any heat. In other words, that is seawater coming in, spinning in one circle on the outside of the running unit (does not touch air flow), and going right back out. We have currently on order and are expecting within the next two weeks, a stainless steel, three-times-larger-capacity filter cartridge that will replace that unit. As it stands now, that unit is cleaned twice a week and because it is plastic, we can't use any strong cleaning agents that will kill the algae that comes in from the sea. We will be able to do this with the new stainless steel unit. But to be clear, the seawater does not go any further than that shed and has nothing to do with air flow. 5 Palms Power — Bid awarded to Frank's Electric. Awaiting material delivery schedule. Scheduled to begin excavation of trenches first week of April. On 3/26 all trash bins on LSJ will be emptied. Same to follow on GSJ on 3/27. Containers to be moved from LSJ to GSJ this coming week. Mike will send separate report: Boschulte on permitting Quotes on at least two options for fuel truck refit and researching flatbed for existing truck chassis Steel buildings — working with Bryan Buck on building replacement EFTA01035040 Stephanie Remington LSJE, LLC EFTA01035041
