My impression is that they keep the same strategy, delaying everything as much as possible. Now they only want to distribute the funds to Noam if part of it goes into a trust for Noam's medical health needs. The question is that they sign a "term sheet" agreeing that they would distribute some of Noam's own funds, without any conditions -- that was agreed and signed in a mediation process with a mediators and lawyers. Now they want to change and put conditions that they are not in position of doing. And all of this just one day before the date of the court appointment. Noam and I are going to establish a trust ourselves for any medical emergencies, but as a decision of a married couple, not as something imposed by them, who don't care one way or another, just want to make trouble and make sound that they have to do this to protect Noam from me, justifying his original Petition to the Court. They also completely ignore all the stress that all this is causing to Noam. Very difficult situation.
