Thank you very much. So you can start reviewing I am attaching the application which was submitted. This does
not include the wave attenuator and two moorings we.would like to add on Great St. James. WE will be
amending the EAR and Application to include.
For Little St. James we will be providing an application for the existing dock which includes a shade structure
which was not included in USACE applications because CZM did not feel that it needed to be permitted by the
ACE. We will include the wave attenuator in that application as well. I am sending the current Little St. James
information in a separate email due to size.
I have attached google earth diagrams of the items that are in the current requested and we would like to include
in the amended request. There are drawings in the attached EAR but I have included them separately as well for
ease of viewing. There are benthic habitat maps in the EAR as well as a detailed benthic description.
I would like to ask in regard to the wave attenuators, will we be .required have architectural drawings or can we
use the details and schematics from the manufacturer and show the locations on the survey drawings with GPS
coordinates? We would be able to provide details for anchors and tackle. Floating lines would be used to prevent
bottom impacts and both are located to avoid resources.
This email only includes the Great St. James information Little St. James information will follow.

were already provided to the Corps, I would appreciate you resending them. This will allow the for most efficient
review and path forward. Once I have reviewed the information I will let you know the permitting path forward.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
