From: Emily Kline To: ' " <[email protected]> CC: Debbie Fife Subject: From and Elisa Port / DBC 2017 Benefit Monday 12/11/17 Date: Tue, 15 Aug 2017 16:21:28 +0000 Attachments: Dear Jeffrey, Hope you are having a great summer. Please see below message from and Elisa Port. We're trying to be as "paperless" as possible — hopefully email is ok! From Eva and Elise: Dear Jeffrey, The Dubin Breast Center is now six years old and we are immensely proud of all we have accomplished together. In an ever changing world, our commitment to personalized, comprehensive and integrative care in a welcoming, private and reassuring setting remains steadfast and unique. Our annual benefit will take place on Monday, December 11. Given our growth and continued vision to provide a range of services our need for philanthropy continues to grow and so, this year, we are moving to a new venue, The Ziegfeld Ballroom. We hope you will consider joining the Benefit Committee this year. As such, we ask that you lend your name, purchase a table as described on the attached form, and encourage others to participate. Anything you do is deeply appreciated. We are thrilled to be honoring two women who are deeply connected to the core of DBC and the community we serve — Brooke Morrow, Executive Director of Creative Development, Writer/Publisher Relations at Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), and Kara Dioguardi, Grammy nominated hit songwriter, producer, music publisher, author, Broadway performer, and TV personality. We'll also recognize Dr. Steven Burakoff, who was recently named "Dean of Cancer Innovation" where he will work with hospital leaders to identify and support opportunities for innovative cancer research, treatment, and education throughout the Mount Sinai Health System. We at the Dubin Breast Center continue to be committed to providing our patients with the absolute highest level of breast cancer prevention, screening, treatment and survivorship, where patients from every New York City neighborhood and throughout the Tristate area receive optimal care, regardless of their ability to pay. We simply could not do this without you. We thank you sincerely for all you do and hope you will say yes again this year! All best, Elisa Debbie Fife/Emily Kline efit Office EFTA01037689
