This is something that requires a lot of permissions and a lot of advanced planning. This cannot be completed short notice. please see below on the required documentation required for all Cuba trips to be printed and placed in the trip folders Minimum Required Trip File Documentation for Cuba: 1. Printed copy of requests to and approval messages from Corporate Compliance (CC) 2. Sanctioned Countries Checklist Document (two page document) EFTA01041463 3. MK Denial screen of each crew and passenger screened against the SDN list. 4. Passenger Certification of Eligibility for Cuba Travel' Document (two page document) for each passenger traveling to or From Cuba. This document is also required for crew remaining in Cuba with the passengers 5. `Cuba BIS Certification Form' (This covers the aircraft travel to Cuba). When was the last time you Handled an aircraft flying to Cuba? I looked at the Travel.State.Gov website and it looked restrictive to me.
